Our Customer Service is at the heart of our operation. And we look for employees who can communicate effectively in all situations. As the Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer service to both internal and external customers, as well as collaborate with customers and service center personnel to resolve matters. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong interpersonal skills and the energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Attending clients who contact the company by telephone, mail, letters or any other media and independent representative.
· Schedule and coordinate all maintenance and service calls
· Assure the right attention, fulfillment of the quality standards defined by the company.
· Promote fulfillment of the established objectives.
· Coordinate with the support departments to attend any atypical or critical situation.
· Maintain the Service and Maintenance Technicians daily schedules
· Work on prevention for the whole organization to eliminate any contingencies related to the final consumer.
· Issue reports about the service and analyze the information, in order to communicate about the current events and improve the attention process
· Monitor the dispatch board to ensure technician are productive
· Identify opportunities to improve the front line, suggesting and implementing action plans.
· Keep a record of client’s claims and deliver them to the affected area for their investigation.
§ Technician graduated (with experience)
§ Advanced English, written, read and spoken. (essential and exclusive)
§ Previous experience 2 years (Required) especially in Construction preferred
§ Strong analytical skills.
