1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;

2. Bridge management and employee relations in case of issues;

3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation;

4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, procedures across the organization;

5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high perfromance;

6. Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management;


1. Proven working experience as HR manager, at least 5 years in HR function;

2. Major or specialized in Psychology, HR management, labor law;

3. Work in telecommunications and have project experience over 3 years;

4. Good ability in communication and problem solving;

5. Advanced English as work language.
